-Go to a good college that I love. Quiet place rural place and has good football and basketball teams. Great freshmen experience.

-Go to a bad college that I hate but $6,000 off. Loud noisy crime infested city. But I can study abroad basically every break and am in the Honors College.

*Both have about the same tuition, but the good college is actually ranked as a top college, the other isn't.

I don't understand what you mean by $6,000 off. Do you mean that you've been offered $6,000 merit money? Why would you go to a school you hate? Why do you hate it?

tuition&fees full scholarship, because it would mean i could study abroad and my parents would like it (which they dont know about because i always get my mail once i get home), and i hate it cuz the school isnt good and is in the city

Going to A doesn't mean giving up on study abroad. Many study abroad options are much cheaper than a semester/year at your home college, and many colleges have scholarships for study abroad, like FLAG grants.
