help!

hi everyone, i live in southern california and submitted my scea application to yale at like 9:15 pm. now i went back on the common app website and it said i submitted it on november 2. will yale hold this against me? will they see the time i submitted it at?

OMG i just realized i forgot to put my legal name/dob/secondary school on the common app essay. should i go back and talk to yale?

omg did i just totally blow my chances?

auto-reject

Definitely call and explain it to them on monday. Good luck!

You should certainly email them since you are worried, and explain, but I am sure this happens every year and they know all about time zones! It's just that the common app server is on a different time zone than you are, and stamped the app with its view of the date. The students in Hawaii must routinely have apps that show Nov 2, for example - and the students between Hawaii and the dateline.....

As I'm sure you have noticed, the cc server is on central time, and you are not....
