Help!!!

Hi everyone, i got into Yale and also got a full aid. I come up with some questions when filling out the International Student Certificate of Finances. In box 8(Enter the expected amount of annual support from the sources below.), there are two parts, respectively personal or family savings and parents’ income. Since I will be fully funded by Yale, I am not so sure whether it means that I should just write 0 in the blanks of ASSURED SUPPORT(05-06) and PROJECTED SUPPORT(06-09)? Plus, what does it mean by “emergency funds” I can have once I arrive in the U.S.? Does it matter much?(For details, see below.)

Cuz a copy of this form of certificate of finances will be attached to the certificate of elegibility and will be shown to the U.S. Consul to obtain a visa. So I want to make things clear enough.

Can anyone help? Thx sooooo much!!!
