I've got a friend who is taking his SAT I on june (may SAT deadline is over)
but he doesn't have his SAT II's yet, and he has to take 2 (same day)
but, the latest SAT & Subject test date after that is October I think,
and he wants to make early apps (also in November)...
so suggestions... plz

He can still take the test in October and apply early; the scores will be out in time.

can i take both SAT 1 and SAT II in october? are they at the same time?

thx lol, yeah checked Cornell deadline and all, I think it was like November 1st, thats good lol,
holdon did collegeboard ever give out SAT & Subject Tests in September?

You CANNOT take both the SAT I and SAT IIs on the same day...it's either/or

but is October the latest you can take it before sending in scores? I will be on a trip for the June SAT 2 and i only signed up for one in May. Next year Im retaking the SAT 1 in October. Are there any other times?

Depends on whether you're applying early action, early decision or regular. Regualr admissions deadlines for most schools allow you to take the October, November, December and sometimes even January tests...

EA and ED deadlines might only take October or October and November.

you can't take the SAT I and the SAT II on the same day, sry dude, friend had likethe same problem

I think ACT is given in Sept. He could take that instead of the SATs.

BTW, has my mind left me or do I recall correctly that, long ago, it was possible to take the SAT I and SAT II on the same day?

EllenF, I have a vague recollection of that too, but it was a long time ago if it was possible... Gee, you'd think I'd remember that.

PeteSAT - whew! Perhaps I'm not quite as befuddled as I'd thought. I dimly recalled taking the SAT reasoning test (now the SAT I) and three Achievement Tests (now the SAT IIs) all on one day. So, kids, when you think five hours for the new SAT I is long...
