<p>I'm about to start grade 12 and I want to enrol in uPenn because its one of the few universities that offers a dual-degree program in finance and computer science (through the Jerome-Fisher program). But, I have no idea on how to start my application process(in fact, i have no idea what to do at all). Can u guys please help me with this? Can u guys tell me what I've gotta do and when?</p>
