HI! i need info plz. i am barely starting at a Community college and i want to be a pysician and study medicine at UC Berkeley. Should i major in Molecular and Cell Biology - Immunology B.A. OR Molecular and Cell Biology - Biochemistry and Molecular Biology B.A.? and will grad school care if i went to 2 colleges, but did all my pre-med at one?

p.s. Whats the difference between a B.A. and B.S. and which is better? THANK YOU

For the post scriptum, the difference depends on the school. On PhysicsForums, a question on Physics BA/BS ultimately came up with an answer of "arbitrary", but if both a BA and a BS are offered under the same title in one school, it is up to you to request/download requirement checklists for each. The department site tends to have info on this. [If there's only one program, ie BA but not BS, it could be that the school names the degree according to the faculty that teaches it, so even a hardcore Math degree with applications might find itself a "BA", so the BA/BS makes no difference whatsoever.]
