囧!Help!

Please help me!
I really want to transfer to Northwestern uni and I've already applied for the fall semester, but I don't have a SAT score, and it's impossible for me to get one now.....
And I'm on waiting list of North Carolina, Chapel Hill
People say I could call and maybe I could have a chance to let them reconsider....
I don't know what to do.....
Helpless....
SO, Please anyone, please help me~

Here is my situation:
I'm currently in China, in an international program in a prestigious national university where teachers are all hired in the US with high standards, all course are designed as American Universities all in English (books are also bought from the States)
Freshman year GPA: 3.93 (4.0, 3.86)
Sophomore year GPA: 3.97 (3.93, 4.0)
Major: Communications
Ranking: top 1%
I've got plenty of extracuriculum activities

Though my high school grades are not very good, because the system in China is different, we tend to have very difficult test, so the score can't present anything, but the ranking in class and the whole grade is much more important. I ranked top 15% in my high school. However, I don't think they will understand.....

They won't review my application if I don't give them my SAT score, I feel desperate!
Should I call?

Sorry it's very long...I'm just overwhelmed

I’d definitely encourage you to call them. Obviously, if you’re unable to take the SAT, that’s not your fault, and they should be able to work with you by assessing your other stats. :)

Plus, the international program you’re in is clearly designed to facilitate smooth transition to universities in the United States, so make sure you remind them of that. :)

Good luck!

But I wasn’t able to find any phone numbers…

I know the Dean of undergraduate admission is called Christopher Watson
and the person who replied my email is called Liza J Shore

I hope I could tall to Liza, she seems to be a nice person.
However, I’m not sure my English won’t cause any misunderstanding…
