<p>Ok, so I know this is really late and I'm probably being really dumb but I'm trying to activate my Eli account and I got the email with my student id but it says that my pin is not valid. Is the student id not the pin?</p>

<p>they have it in the grey box portion of the email they sent you.</p>
<p>your Eli account ID (probably what you translated to student ID) should be something like: your first initial dot your family name dot a number</p>
