<p>It won't let me pay until I have submitted the app or supplement. However, it won't let me submit the app, and it is not cooperating on uploading the essay on the supplement. There isn't even a space to upload the essay to just the first question for only Emory College!!!!! I really hope I am just doing something really idiotic.</p>
<p>Got it! For some reason, it would not work with Firefox but only with explorer. Weird!</p>
<p>I get problems like that all the time. A lot of things hate google chrome.</p>
