<p>they dont; another reason why ECs are not PRIMARILY important. They serve as a secondary source of importance.</p>

<p>I heard that the transfer rate for NYU is much lower than their freshman accept rate... so that should be able to tell you something....</p>
<p>i think it depends on the college though...im curious to know stats too</p>
