Help!

Hi, I am going to be a junior in high school this fall and I was wondering would it better to have finished chem and physics by graduation. I am at a lost as to what to do because I could take ap bio and ap chem or ap bio and ap physics or chem and ap physics. Which will look best if I am applying to competitive colleges such as UCLA or Cal? thank you for your time.

I would say ap chem and ap physics b/c they are generally considered to be more challenging than bio so it looks more impressive. However, that being said, bio is also an important class. what non-ap science classes have you taken so far?

Additionally, I wa wondering if avid(advancement via education) was a uc sponsored program or at least associated with the uc institution in any way) it is a class at my school and I’ve taken it for 2 years(I don’t know which looks better in my college application because avid could be associated with uc)but shouldi drop it for ap comp sci so I can have 1 more ap class?

What major are you planning on?

I have only taken integrated science and honors biology

Psychology, but I’m more concerned about getting into a good uni than saving a bit of money by taking an ap class so I can enroll for a shorter amount of time in that class in college
