RawR. Ok, so I'm currently an MCB major but I intend on trying to transfer into bioE. The thing i need help with is i've seen the pre-req classes i have to take (http://bioeng.berkeley.edu/program/requirements.php) but i'm a spring admit. I signed up for the fall extension program and i can't take chem1a until spring. If you look at the link and scroll down to the freshmen year table you can see that by the end of the year i should have completed chem1a/3a series. So does this mean I'm going to be a semester behind? Also the chart points out that I should complete physics 7A by end of fresh year as well. Am I going to have to take physics 7A along w/ chem 1A. Is this workload heavy? Help is greatly appreciated. :)

If you're doing engineering than yes, it will be heavy.

phys+ chem in the same semester is normal, but if that seems daunting to you maybe you can take either class in summer school.

okie dokie. has anyone on here taken both in one semester? how much work should i expect to get?
