<p>I do not believe the transfer process is any different (and I know of several international transfer students). I believe the only difference is that, just as if you were an international applying for freshman admission, you need to have taken the TOEFL if your native language is not English. You might also need to translate school documents (transcripts, syllabi, etc.) into English.</p>
