<p>So, I wanted to change my name in CB. I sent them an email with 2 pictures and all that. After sometime, I noticed my name hasn't changed yet. So, I called 'em up and asked if they received my email. They said they didn't. I checked my email again, I sent it to the correct email address (<a href="mailto:sat@info.collegeboard.org">sat@info.collegeboard.org</a>). But here's the weird part. I receive a reply from <a href="mailto:postmaster@alorica.com">postmaster@alorica.com</a>. Is that supposed to happen?</p>
