Schools:
USC
Pomona
Northwestern
Tufts
Rice
UCSD

and if possible, maybe suggest some schools that would be better for me??

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Northwestern-slight reach, with better SAT scores, your chance will grow.
Tufts-reach (from what i've seen)
UCSD-pretty safe?

i'm sorry I don't know that much about the school you've listed. I'd say just boast the SAT, if not your ACT is fairly good so I think you'll be alright. Possibly add a few state schools for safeties (beside from UCs) , i'm not sure what size your looking at...
chance please? :)

Well, from what i hear, rice is pretty SAT/ACT orriented, i believe Tufts is too. So with slightly higher SAT/ACT scores your chances would improve. Yeah UCSD is a safety. And i agree with Emp about adding a few more state schools, not that you wouldn't get into UCSD, but it would just be nice to have a few more choices. Well good luck.

USC : match
Pomona : reach
Northwestern: reach
Tufts : reach
Rice : not sure
UCSD : If it's pre-med or bio, I think it would be a reach since it's highly competitive

I think you have pretty good extracurriculars. But, since it's too late to raise the GPA by much, you should try to raise your SAT/ACT scores. Try applying to some more of the UC schools. I'm sure you'll at least get into the mid-UC schools: Davis, Irvine, Santa Barbara. Also, you might want to look into U of Pacific because they have a good med program. Good luck!
