<p>yes, and no. you should talk about yourself and how you've been affected by your culture and ethnicity. so dont just talk about the culture.
it's basically asking for a world you come from and how it has shaped you.
and it's also implying that you should write about how you will contribute to this diversity of cultural backgrounds, viewpoints and experiences. basically what do you bring to the school that adds to the diversity of backgrounds and perspectives. </p>
