Does Hendrix College provide full tuition for international undergraduate students who scored perfect on the SAT and with extracurricular activities?

My D is in the Hays competition, their only full tuition scholarship that I’m aware of, and it seemed there were some other international students, although hard to be sure.
My gut tells me if you win the Hays, you’re in, regardless of nationality.
