<p>Is your box checked off and if so, when did you mail out your form?? It's getting closer and closer to August 1 and I am worried that mine got lost in the mail.</p>

"You may check to see if your Hepatitis B statement has been
received at UCSD by viewing your Admissions checklist on

but the link doesn't work. oO</p>

<p>i sent mine june 5th and was checked off mid july. it takes an insane amount of time</p>
