I've read the the information on the site for Hep B requirement, but am still confused ... do I need to have all three shots completed and be immune to Hep B before I go to UCLA?

...show proof of immunity to Hepatitis B before enrolling at a UC school, i.e. before September 20 for UCLA.

The Hepatitis vaccine is given in 3 doses over 6 months.

doubt it? you can try emailing them about it.

it was kinda enforced in my school district. I got kicked out of class and they wouldn't let me back in until I showed proof of immunization

I did and passed the titter test this summer, but problem is they won't accept doctors with non-US address... so I submitted that I haven't done the vaccination series or the titter test and I got this email

"To satisfy the Hepatitis B requirement, you must enter information on the Ashe Center web site indicating how you satisfy the requirement.

You will have until the end of the Winter Quarter term to comply with the requirement. If you have not satisfied the requirement by that time, a hold will be placed on your registration for the Spring Quarter term. You can verify the Winter Quarter end date by reviewing the UCLA Academic and Administrative Calendar.

Thank you."

Do you think I can do the titter test at Ashe Center on campus??

ran across something...hope it helps

For students who are in the process of receiving the Hepatitis B vaccine series, you must start the series prior to your enrollment and enter your information on the Ashe Center website. You will then be given an extension to complete the series.
