so i sent mine in either monday july 9th or the week before that, can't exactly remember but either way it should have gotten to ucsd by the 15th, because i live only about a hour and a half away from ucsd. i did certified mail so that i could see when they got it, and for some reason when i got the confirmation it says that the admissions office received it on july 20th. so what happens if it's postmarked before july 15th but it arrives after? i'm wondering how it took so long for it to get delivered, so i'm going to try to find the receipt for the post office

IMHO, I don't think you should worry. They are OVERWHELMED by thousands of forms - hep B, transcripts, SAT/AP. And there are probably hundreds of people who did the same thing you did - certified mail. How many people do you think there are in the office? They have to pick up phone calls from anxious incoming students who are worried about their forms, open the mails that they get, unfold them, record them, and update the checkmark -- AND sign the certified mail form.

Chill :)

if its postmarked and it arrived later you dont have to worry

^Yup. Just like when you were sending in applications. Postmark is what they look at.

I sent my form like a month ago but it still hasnt been checked :O

ric - you should call. The lady told me if it's not checked by the 20th, I should call back.

and did you?

Mine was checked on the 19th... so no I didn't call back.

oneday, what number to call? or email? if i can email to ask about it?
my hep b is not checked yet either. i mailed mine on the 11th i think X_X

mine was sent 3 weeks ago and just got checked, so if you sent it and it hasn't been checked yet, don't flip out

so i called and the guy told me that they had received it and that in the check list it should say requirement met but it doesnt say that.... but atleast I called

I don't know if this is really relevant, but make sure that your Hep B shot is still effective too. I just got my doc's signature and sent it in when I did this, because I got it long time ago. I check my vaccination strength this past month, and it's actually really weak, and I have to get them done over again.

It's actually more important than you think, you freaking don't know who you're sharing things with. Maybe not intentionally, but some people will just use your things without you knowing, and who knows what some people have...

Is it 18 years or something? I should probably get them done again..

Boosters are fine right? I got em in 2001 so I should be fine? Ahh I don't want Hep B lol.
