Awards and Scholarships:
uhh...
I won two silver medals in the National Latin Exam and some German award, but that's about it.

Hopefully I'll get some next year

These are some of the schools I'm looking at:

Stanford
Northwestern
UPenn
UCLA
Columbia
Brown
SUNY Binghamton
Loyola
Boston College
Fordham
NYU
Georgetown
Carnegie Mellon
Villanova
Wake Forest

I haven't really narrowed my list down yet, but I was just wondering where I stand in applying to these schools.

Stanford will be a big reach

You should be proud of yourself. You have done very well. While your CR score is good, if you could raise it to 700+, that would be great. I've also noticed you are lacking in leadership in your ECs. If you can step up to the plate Senior year, your chances would increase.

Based off of current info:

Stanford - Reach (It is for everyone though. I'd try applying anyways though)
Northwestern - Low reach
UPenn - Reach (depends on which school you apply to)
UCLA - High Match
Columbia - Reach
Brown - Reach
SUNY Binghamton - Safety
Loyola - Safety
Boston College - Low Reach
Fordham - Safety
NYU - Safe Match
Georgetown - Reach
Carnegie Mellon - High Match
Villanova - Safe Match
Wake Forest - Match

Yeah, I already retook the SAT and hopefully I did better on CR.

Also, I could see if I could be made editor of the German literary magazine, but what else could I do to show leadership?

Hm....you're right. Your options for leadership positions are somewhat limited. Go for the German Lit. Magazine. Try to become captain of your Soccor/Cross country team (if they have captains). See if there is anything at your Church you can do (worship leader, small group/bible study leader). Or, what I've done (I'm homeschooled, so my Leadership options are really limited) is organize food drives and also organized activities at local retirement homes. There are also more creative things that can be done as well. Good luck!

UCLA: Slight Reach (out of state)
