heres my first essay

<p>Its not for the sat but i could use feedback. Its for technical school. We get 60 minutes. I think it took me 120 or 45 mins did really watch the time. </p>

<p>But what im still doing the same mistake correcting as i go. Iam a perfectionist so writing like this is hard. </p>

<p>Learning from failure leads to success(title)</p>

<p>Learning the lessons from failure is a sure route to success. Most people are taught to avoid mistakes. Time and time again the emphasis is on not making mistakes. The result of this often leads people not to try because they are afraid of failing. However, mistakes are pivatol for most successful people. Abraham Lincoln solidified his dream of ending slavery from failing. In addition, Donald trump learned how to succeed by going bankrupt. And Micheal Jordan became one of the greatest basketball players in NBA history by being cut from his highschool basketball team. </p>

<p>The American President solidified his dream of ended slavery by failing often. Lincoln made many mistakes in his quest. He first started a store that failed and then then later his farming business collapsed. He spent the next seventeen years paying off the debts. Did he quite? No. During these tough times he reflected on his own values. This gave him the inspiration to end slavery. As a result, he decided to become the President of the United States so he could end slavery. He started at the bottom of the political spectrum. He ran for Congress and failed at each level. In total he failed eight times before winning presidency in the 1860. All of his failing wasn’t done in vain. He realized his dream when he emanciated slavery in 1865.</p>

<p>Donald trump didn’t have the power of the president but he learned that mistakes were critical to success in business. Donald trump didn’t always have a smooth route. He had amassed 3.5 billion dollars in debt during the mid 1980’s due to the recssion. In the middle of building the Taj Mahal casino and hotel he was forced to file for bankruptcy. This resulted in him forfeiting 25% of his share in the Taj Mahal and he also lost the Shuttle hotel development. His debt was reduced from reduced from 3.5 billion dollars to 3 billion and his interest rate was reduced by half. For the next decade Trump worked hard to pay off the remaining three billion dollar debt. He learned not to take risky high interest developments. Then used this knoweledge to amass 3 billions in net profit. Today, he is the leading developer in America, author and televion personality for his show the Apprentice. </p>

<p>Finally, Micheal Jordan gained a burning desire to succeed by getting cut from his highschool basketball team. During his sophmore year Jordan was cut. He didn’t quit. It fueled his desire to become the best player. He would often practice at nite in the gym. When he got tired and wanted to give up he would visualize the list of players chosen for his highschool team. This provided the inspiration for him to continue to work on his skills. As a result of his hard work he was drafted by North Carolina. Won the NCAA championship. Then, entered the NBA. He won ten scoring tilte, six defensive player of the year awards, six NBA champsionships, five NBA MVP’s for the playoffs and became the greatest player ever.</p>

<p>The most successful people throughout society are those who learn from mistakes. Abraham lincoln learned that mistakes provided the impeteus for Emancipatiing slavery. Micheal Jordan became the greatest player in NBA History after getting cut from his highschool team. And Donald trump learned many lessons by failing early in his career</p>
