Like I care for a campus. Oh, and I think you'd be surprised at how many of those "long-haired boys" just might turn out to pork each other in the ass, so no cigar for you. And tuition/boarding is negligible when your parents are shelling out the $$$.

Must be nice. Are you going for NYU Law?

thank god for public schools.

i ended up choosing between wellesley & UNC-CH..really no contest if you consider that little thing called years and years and years of debt..

Yeah. And according to what I'm scoring on practice tests, probably not. I'm thinking take $$$ with some borderline t14s?

oh, ew, why Alabama? Auburn is so much better! ;)

Especially when the possible cost of grad school is worked in.

"that little thing called years and years and years of debt.."

See previous post.

AUlostchick-- 12. Ever get sick of hearing that?

Read people, please:

"And tuition/boarding is negligible when your parents are shelling out the $$$."

$0 debt out of UG ftw.

What are you scoring? Do the WUSTL!

what does this stuff mean? t14?

"What are you scoring? Do the WUSTL!"

Low 160s.

yeah..this standardized testing talk is greek to me, too.

I stand by my recommendation. It's really stupid what a difference ~7 questions makes. Keep studying or get ready for WUSTL/BU/Fordham. You're doing well though if you haven't been studying for months. You can probably raise it to high 160s/low 170s.

I plan on it.;)

nope, especially since half of those, you didn't even have a perfect record for the season that year. Just because you were good back when The Bear was around, doesn't mean you are now. He's dead and has been for quite a few years.

Besides, fear the other hand sweetheart, we're coming back with 6 against y'all this fall.

I haven't seen or heard enough about Saban (surprising), but I'm keeping the faith. I say it'll be 13 by 2011.

I think the Bama crowd thinks Saban is their saving grace and that they're going to be sorely disappointed. Having, how many is it now? 4? head coaches in almost as many years is sort of pathetic you have to admit.
Anyway, I love Auburn football, but I really only hate Alabama because it's required. I know people who go there, and of course, they're not bad people. :D But the main reason I could never ever go to Bama is the damned Greeks. They control flipping EVERYTHING there. Auburn's Greeks have a presence but aren't the overlords of the campus, like at Bama.

"The Machine" controls the state legislature. I can coexist with them (the Greeks), and since campus politics don't really have a bearing on the admin's decisions, I think I'll be okay with it. My whole family went to Auburn--my grandmother was a majorette. :)

yeah--i'm glad carolina's greek presence is pretty miniscule compared to most southern schools.
