Heritage Grove apartments

What else can you tell me about these partially FSU funded off-campus apartments?
I understand some of the fraternities are located there.
Also, they take Florida Prepaid Dorm as partial payment.
They have a bus route 49 that runs from 7am -6pm to the campus.
I assume you have an annual lease.
Are you only responsible for your own individual contract?
Are the rooms singles?
What are the additional costs beyond rent?
How wild, noisy or safe is this facility compared to on-campus apartments?
Is there enough parking?
Any advice if this is a good option for housing for next year?

THANKS!

I did find out that you can estimate $574 per month for the lease, utilities, cable, phone and Internet access.

I'm asking for some details...they all are quite new. Yes, many frat house are out there. It's also right across the street from the Publix many students use.

They will need high-speed Internet access.

Heritage grove is where most of the frats are, personally i wouldnt want to live there unless i was in one. I have soe friends who live there. most of the apartments ive seen have a living room and a kitchen with two bedrooms coming off the living room, each bedroom has its own bathroom. I would say it would probably be pretty wild an noisyconsidering youre surrounded by frats on all sides. I think theres plenty of parking. Yeah its right across form club pub and theres a quiznos and a chinese place and a walgreens there too i think. I think there have high speed internet.

It's loud, the guys there drink a lot (and in an obnoxious manner), there are smashed beer bottles littered around the area, and I'm pretty sure it's a popular spot for party break ups for cops.

Thanks very much for your feedback.
