Is it possible to take the two freshman HES classes at the same time? Is there a lot of work involved in these classes?

No, you get so much extra credit. You do have to actually go, but the work requires very little mental exertion. They only last half of a semester, so you take one the first half and the second the second half.

technically you can take both at the same time, but most students opt to take both hes requirements in the same semester, one after the other. whatever is your preference works, though.

the class that tends to be "more difficult"(/less insanely easy) is the more "gym"-my class, in which students must demonstrate for the final their knowledge of how to use the appropriate machines and exercises to work out a given muscle set. you rarely hear complaints about either class, though.

Yeah you can take them both at once, but people generally tend to cycle them. They're each half a semester so it's easier to take one the first half and then the other the second half.

No. They're easy.

They are super easy. But you do have to study for them. All your tests are done online, which is nice.
