I think I’ve had a few lucid dreams, but I don’t really understand why it’s such a hot thing to pursue.

I find it an amusing and intriguing concept. I’m not proficient enough to control my dreams entirely, but the realization part is cool in itself. I feel like I’m being jolted out of my body and pulled into some alternate universe, with flashing lights and spiraling in the background. Then I force myself to let go and free fall back into my dream (usually a different landscape).

Although I get chased by dinosaurs in my normal dreams, it’s actually really monotonous. I’m just running and I never get caught, so it’s fun to be able to have an adventure where you can control everything imaginable (and unimaginable).

It doesn’t take a lot of effort, and is a nice side hobby.

Well, wouldn’t it be intriguing to be enabled to surpass the laws of gravity and logic?

You should look at the article.

I have a horrible tendency of pressing the snooze button on both of my alarms lol. I probably spend a good half-hour alternating between pressing the snooze button and sleeping in 10 minute increments. It’s strange because I ALWAYS have so many lucid dreams during these increments - you have no idea how difficult it is get up during those dreams.
