I got 740 on 6th practice test of the orange barrons 2008 book.
Also, I got 780 on old princeton reviews.
But I got a 680 on 3rd practice test of Gruber and somewhere around 630 on the 4th one.

You see, the scores are pretty inconsistent, especially for gruber ones. Are barrons practice tests really harder than the actual SATs? And is Gruber like really really hard?

740, 780 and 680 for Critical reading and math??

And yeah people say the Barrons is harder i did find Princeton easier the week before i took the real SAT i got a 1400 and a 1260 on the real one..and i have been using the Barrons 2400 and during the mixtures i do find the questions hard and i just got the Orange book from my library and did some samples from practice 3 and they were quite hard...Gruber i have but haven't taken any practice test since i'm just going use its teaching methods for math which its famous for..

hey wuts upp do u think i can raise me scoore atleast 600 points?? because i took the sat for the first time and i got a 1150 and i didnt noe *** i was doing and i pay 1 grand for sat clases at a kaplan center to raise my score do u think itll help im willing to put in all the time and effort i even quit my schools fotball team soo i can get a good score and prepare for the sat's/psats cause i took the sat at the center ive never taken the psat?? is the psat harder than the sat??? plzz answer me asap

I just did a Barron's SAT and got EXACTLY what I got on my June SAT: 2230. Slight discrepancy for individual scores (CR 20 higher, M 20 lower) but more or less the same types of questions wrong. Reading passages.

Collegeboard blue book scores were slightly higher than real scores, as were PR scores. Kaplan scores were WAY higher than real scores. Never tried Gruber.

1800: classes are only useful if you're not good at self-studying; they just help you take out time to practice. Not good for much else. 1150 for three sections or just CR+M? I'm only asking because your username is 1800 and that's slightly more than a 600 point improvement. If it is for all three, a dramatic improvement is possible - definitely easier than 1800-->2400.
