<p>I just passed 12th through cbse and I have done my 10th from cbse as we'll . My marks are ok and I have a sat score of 1500
1 please advice some universities
2 I have my 9th 10th and 12th (school leaving certificate) mark sheet can i send the photo copy of those stamped my my school?? And do they have to be in a sealed envelope ??
3 do I have to send my 11th transcript ( I have very bad marks and I don't have an official marksheet )or not
4 I'm thinking of applying to penn state , university of Washington , texas a&m what are my chances ??

<p>Do not apply to foreign universities if your SAT is that low. You will not adapt to the lecture system here. The more important thing to question is can you ultimately even complete your studies? I would recommend going to a university at your country. If you find education unsatisfying or that you prove that you can handle higher studies rigor, try to apply for MS. You will be applying to schools here that are not as well reputed, esp. since your standardized scores are not up to par. </p>
