<p>hi guys i am applying to Dartmouth RD from New Zealand.
For the peer evaluation i have come to the conculsion that a frend of mine who lives in america currently is the most suitable for tis and he agred upon this. (he only moved to US from NZ last year).
here is where the problem arises. Technically, i am supposed to fill out the 'personal details' section at the top and give it to this 'peer' with stamps. But in reality, this is alomost impossible because its only a few weeks before the deadline and the airamail willl arrive at his place after the deadline probably. So i am wondering if i cud permit him to fill in the personal details on my behalf or i complete it myself and scan it to him. would this be fine?</p>
