Hey... What are the chances?

I'm from Pennsylvania i have a 1380/1950 on the sat
for subject tests i took math level 2 - 670
chemistry - 720
this past year i had a 4.6 QPA 3.8 GPA
I am vice president of national honors society
a large amount of community service
and am an active number with the student body
as well, i attend community caring meetings
I played freshman baseball, but now play intramural sports
I am applying to wake forest, university of richmond, university of virginia, and carnegie mellon university
cmu is a big reach only applying, because its very close to where i live
uva is my top school, but i know hard it is to get in out of state

What are my chances for those schools?

definitely community college

Community college.

There really is just no other option: Community College it is!

Is 3.8 your cumulative GPA? If so:
wake forest- Slight Reach to Reach
university of richmond- Match
university of virginia- Match if in-state, reach if OOS
carnegie mellon university- Reach

3.8 is non-weighted 4.6 is weighted
those are cumulative so far but i still have my senior year

any other thoughts?

I think smart.cookie pretty much hit the nail on the head here. You might want to look into a few other matches/safeties, but I think you'll get into University of Richmond. The others are definitely reaches.
