On the website of one of the schools I applied, it says they got everything but not my 9th and 10th grade transcripts. So I guess my counselor didnt send them to all the colleges I applied to. On U of illinois' status check, it says my application is complete and is ready to review but I don't think they got my 9th and 10th transcripts if the other schools didn't get them. Are they going to tell me when they find out that part of my transcripts are missing? or just review my app as it is now? It says ready to review.
Am I still an early applicant?

Ready for review means they have received everything including a transcript. Problem is that clerk or computer when info is inputed would not necessarily notice that transcript is incomplete if that really happened. Best to call and have them check to assure they have a complete transcript and if not explain it was not your fault and have new one sent.

Generally, they do not punish those whose possible incompleteness for priority consideration is caused by the acts of another. You should be fine. Note, I am guessing the actual full transcript was sent and I am still trying to figure how a counselor could actually just send an incomplete transcript unless the student changed high schools.

^Yes I changed high schools three times and my current high school is the third school. But because I attended the other two schools in a different country and my state couldnt understand those transcripts, my counselor had to change my former school transcripts to meet the state’s requirements and put it in current high school transcript and I just checked with my counselor and she says she put 9th and 10th grade grades in my official transcript.
But the college says they havent recieved it…Anything wrong here?

So your transcript included 9th and 10th grades but it is just an issue that those grades really come from some other high school? Usually you need transcripts from all schools but likely Illinois will just accept the transcript as sent as meeting requirement.

^ so I shouldn’t have any problem then ? I dont need to contact the school and check with them?
I dont want to contact the admission when its not a big deal because they are so busy at this time of the yr.

Frankly, this is one I have not seen before where essentially your high school has sent an “official” transcript that includes reformulated grades from a different school and is seemingly verifying them as official. Moreover, your website info indicates acceptance of the situation. Perhaps safest course is to simply have your prior high schools send transcripts, in which case your status as priority will remain the same and the transcripts will simply be added as updates to the file without changing that status (it is the same thing that happens when you submit newer test scores after the priority date). In that way, you avoid the panic that might occur later if they raise the issue.
