Hi guys do I have a fair chance of getting into this school?

SAT 1: first time I took it i got a 2000, taking it again to boost it up to 2200
SAT 2 :taking bio and math IIC this saturday. I'm aiming to ace the bio test while the math... ill retake it haha not high hopes

GPA: 3.72 cumulative, willing to boost it to 3.8 by senior 1st semester
outside of school : paper recycling club (commited since start of junior year), 2 years varsity swimming (doing it when im senior as well), going to local school and help teaching kids basic math, science, and other things, charity for Cebu and also helping loading things into the ship that goes to Cebu (im planning to actually visit the Cebu school in senior year)

planning on internship during this summer

race : korean
awards : academic honors (above 3.5 GPA all years), over 50 hours of service and other services and sports awards

i wanna study dentirstry in cornell! and im currently a junior but summer holiday just started so... im typically a pre-senior haha

ANY THOUGHTS!!!?? i like this school alot

Um,to start with…you should know that Korean is not a race but an ethnicity.
Other than that, your EC’s don’t look too good… Are you an international student? Are you the first one in your family to go to college? Try to get involved in more community service or in clubs at your school(OR start one–that would look good on an app).
But most importantly… you have to show the school who you are as a person, not just as a number. Colleges want to know who YOU are and why YOU would be a good fit in the school.

3.72 unweighted? EC’s dont look very amazing, but mine wasnt that great either…

Make sure your internship is good, maybe get a rec from the person you interned with.
Get good recs and write good essays
