And is it true that you can only weigh 4 classes total for UCs?

First of all, no one can chance you without ACT or SAT scores. You are on track with your GPA and your EC’s are good (quality not quantity). That being said, there are only 3 UC’s which have true Business schools: UCB, UCI and UCR. All the other UC’s have business related majors such as Managerial Economics etc… If you get a great SAT/ACT score 2200+/32+ then aim for UCB. Alot will depend upon your test scores, so repost when you get them.
You might also want to consider Cal Poly SLO, SDSU, USC and Santa Clara.

The UC’s will cap your AP/Honors class credit at 4 classes, however; UCB will also look at the uncapped weighted GPA also.
Here is the UC GPA calculator: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Good Luck.

What are considered as quality extracurriculars out of what i have so far??

You have 11 activities listed on your EC’s and are kind of random with their emphasis. Pick 2 or 3 that you feel somewhat passionate about and try to get a leadership position. That is quality not quantity. Also on most of the college applications, there is room for only 10 or less EC’s to list, so you will have to make choices. I would stick with soccer and the volunteer teaching through Senior year. Having a 4 year committment to a few EC’s, looks better than 1 year here and 1 year there.
