<p>Well, as long as the Minn schools don’t have transfer rules like the UC (which it sounds like they don’t), it sounds like you can do 2 semesters at a CC and then transfer.</p>
<p>That should minimize taking any/many pre-med pre-reqs at your CC.</p>
<p>Hopefully others can chime in here, but is it ok for this student to take Frosh English Comp and pre-cal math at a CC before transferring to a 4 year?</p>
<p>If that’s ok, then you probably could come with a good list of classes to take at the CC for 2 semesters that won’t hurt your chances for med school.</p>

<p>It would be nice to hear from other people who started out at community colleges first and didn’t traditionally major.</p>
