<p>If you have already finished high school and have not taken the SAT, it is too late to apply for the top universities as you have missed the deadlines.</p>
<p>One option is to start with a community college. If you go to a community college for two years and get very good grades, you don't need to take any SAT to transfer. You still need to take the TOEFL though if English is not your native language.</p>
