Hidden Fees

ive never been caught, i always manage to get heroes 2 hours after it's aired. plus if all else fails it's on the NBC website

dc++ operates within the cornell network. It doesn't go outside. If you do illegal downloading via bittorrent, it's going to go outside, and they'll know, I think. Maybe. As long it stays within the cornell network, i think it is fine.

Cornell is a giant hidden fee. Do not open up a Cornell Card, ever.

spanks: isnt cornell card the only way to bursar things at the cornell store?

also people got caught downloading torrents of tv shows...nothing major happened but you do get a JA and some fines

JA?
torrents of tv shows off of dc?

hmmm i wonder if i'll buy cable then. I've been in college a year and know that I rarely watch tv because there are always things to do. But since I'm in a suite so I wouldn't be suprised if we just split the cost.

$50 surcharge for wearing corduroy on a thursday

i got slapped with that one during cornell days

why would one download a torrent from dc? is that even possible...
