Guelph, UVic maybe? Hard to say.

Hahaha :)

HOLY. 4294967295…
Queens? I don’t know if it’s well known or not…

U of Alberta, perhaps?

Mt. A

10 char

Probably the primarily undergraduate schools (Canada’s term for LAC).

Mount Allison

Here is my pacific northwest opinion:

U Calgary is fairly good, but I wouldn’t want to live in Alberta!

UVic is very pretty, and you can hang out with the bunnies. I believe they have a strong law school, too.

Though it pains me to say it, as a UBC Alum, SFU is not a bad school. Obviously I would recommend UBC; I don’t know if it’s well known internationally.

I can’t say much about mid or eastern schools; apart from U Toronto, there is Carleton in Ottawa, and Dalhousie in Halifax, which are both decent.

I think UBC is definitely one of the more known.
But the main point of this comment is to exclaim:

YAY BUNNIES!! ^.^

Mt. Allison

Mount Allison. There are many “hidden” universities in Canada, but only this one can be accurately called a “gem.”

Waterloo, they are grossly underrated.

But their faculty of math is easily the best in the country. Waterloo was established in 1957, its teams have accumulated the sixth most top-five finishes in the Putnam competition ahead of Berkeley, Cornell, Stanford, Duke, Chicago, WUSL, Yale, Columbia and Carnegie Mellon among others.

Also, it has partnerships with MSFT and it has alumni that created RIMM.

Yeah I hear Mt Allison is good. Other than that I don’t really know. St FX has a nice campus aha. And I like U of Calgary.
