Hiding AP Scores

How will colleges view my application if I hide my AP Computer Science score (but get let's say a 4 on APUSH and a 4/5 on Chemistry? I am getting an A- in the class but I'm afraid of getting a 2 on the test. My friend (who got into Harvard, Dartmouth) got a 1 on his AP Spanish test and hid it last year.

Im pretty sure they see everything…

You have to pay a fee, $20 maybe?

You self report ap scores, so you can leave out whichever ap score you don’t want. When you get accepted, though, you have to send an official report, and all scores are there. If you get an A in a class but don’t report the score, they will assume it’s a 2 or lower, so there’s not much sense in score hiding.

sorry to bring up such an old post, but if you didnt take a class and didnt do well on the ap test, would colleges have any way of knowing if you hid your score?
also, would a college rescind your acceptance if you sent your official report and one of the scores wasnt good?

^I don’t think they would go that far. They might simply not give you credit for that particular course.

you can hide a score on an ap score report for a fee
