I've always had a problem with the education system in America. I've been constantly bashed for being an "underachiever" which has at some points gotten to me. I really don't do homework which kills my grades but I justify it because I ace tests and keeps my gpa around a 3.0. I just get really bored with school and have no interest to put in an effort. People say I'm smart enough to go to the best colleges in the country but I just want to go to a good enough college. I have a 32 act and a 2170 sat. Could I get into a good public school like Minnesota, Wisconsin or Michigan State. Is Michigan out of the question?

Acing tests does not justify not trying your best in school. That being said, your scores are great, but University of Wisconsin and University of Michigan are likely difficult for you to get into due to that low GPA and likely not as strong letters of recommendation.

Minnesota and Michigan State are possible.
