High cumulative GPA with a freshman year C..

My unweighted is 3.9, and my weighted is well over 4.0
I have one C in a semester in my freshman year Algebra 2
Plus I have a B in the other semester of Algebra 2 & in one of my semesters for sophomore year pre-calculus
I went to an extremely competitive school in my underclassmen years, and Bs and Cs were expected there because of the academic rigor. I go to a different school now though, because my family moved.
Do top colleges care about that one C and B, even though my cumulative GPA is solid? Everything else is As..
Both of the bad grades were in math, so I'm thinking about taking the SAT 2 Math 2C. Would that help?
Thanks! :)

Sure. They were two grades in the 40 or so classes you’ve taken. Your SAT/ACT/SAT2 scores will show colleges your ability

It’s silly to be hyperventilating over a C in freshman algebra. And one B doesn’t matter either even at hyper selective schools. Google the Common Data Set for each school to which you are applying in the most recent year and look at the GPA distribution (Section C). What you shouldn’t do is make excuses in your application or anywhere else for a single low grade: Your subsequent track record more than demonstrates that you’ve learned how to study for this subject since 9th grade. Admission to the most selective schools is not about a perfect GPA or set of test scores, as the admissions staff at these schools remind everyone every year.
