High GPA, average SAT. HELP! What are my chances in to getting into UCLA?

I have a pretty high GPA (3.9) and my SAT score is really not the great. I got a 1600 and I'm very much doubting myself. I really want to go to UCLA and I'm not sure if I'm qualified. I have done more than 200 community service hours, and I am currently in track. I have taken AP courses and I have challenged myself academically. Right now I am actually taking a college course at my high school and earning units. In 2010, UCLA actually admitted 14 people from my school which is a considerable amount of people taking into consideration that those schools only accept 2-3 students per high school. I'm hoping to double major in theatre and earn my BFA as well as something that shows my academic ability. Also, is your GPA more important than an SAT score?

I consider myself as not so much of a great test taker.

According to my school’s database, the average GPA of students accepted in the past is a 2130. That being said, you need to get that score to at least a 2000 so that they’d acknowledge you, or you can try the ACT. Good luck!
