Stanford's middle 50% LSAT and GPA ranges were 167-172 and 3.77-3.96. They are one of two schools in the country with a reputation for paying greater attention to soft factors once the numerical thresholds -- which are high -- are met i.e. they are one of two schools at which a 4.0/180 won't necessarily get you admission.

So really, what does it take to get into Stanford? 3.8+ GPA and 180 LSAT?

You don't need super high numbers for Stanford, relative to Yale and Harvard, but they do look for soft factors, such as a graduate degree, impressive work experience, leadership experience, building schools for orphans in Africa, curing cancer, you get the point.
