<p>Anyways to settle it, UCs usually prefer in order: GPA, SAT, EC. Your UC GPA is wrong. Your SATs are too low. But your ECs are alright. However, I'll give you some slack and if your UC GPA is at least 4.20+, you'll be a far reach for Cal and UCLA. </p>
<p>Only if you raise your SAT scores will you be a match.</p>
