The fact that scum like SV are in interviewing and hiring positions contributes to all that is evil in this world. I have seen it with my eye.

^Better people like him than some moron who thinks that math isn’t important.

How can you say that when the human mind was never devoted to solving man-made equations, made of a man-made number system that our mind was never wired properly in the evolution in humans itself to complete? Maybe some are more easily able to adapt their intellectual ability to solving these where some who is very poor at solving these mathematic problems can excel in areas that people such as your self cannot… Now please explain that.

BUT IF YOU JUDGE A FISH BY ITS ABILITY TO CLIMB A TREE, IT WILL LIVE ITS WHOLE LIFE BELIEVING IT IS STUPID

if you need to label others a moron just because they cannot do what you can do; or cannot do what you think is smart… then you might have a problem.
By your definition, you will need a moron to help you all the time… to fix your car, your home, your hair… get the drift?

“Mathematics is the extremist of all academic disciplines and it’s no surprise it measures how intelligent a person is.”

You have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. Your belief that inclusion among the most intelligent people in the world requires mathematical mastery is absolutely ridiculous.

My guess is you’re mathematician who doesn’t get out much… is void of any culture and is quite socially inept.

My advice to you is to not be so aloof in your chosen discipline that you miss out on the rest of what life has to offer.

SergioValencia: Okay, Pythagoras. You are first and foremost, the more ignorant moron I have ever read that has voiced their ridulous communist nazi slur of a jackass’s opinion. YOU my friend, are s stupid idiotic imbecile.

1. Women are naturally better at communications.

2. Men are naturally better at mathematics.

3. Math is not everything. It sounds like you eat and ■■■■ numbers on the daily. Maybe it’s just your ignorance exploding inside of your numerically congested peanut of a brain.

4. English, language arts, communications, words, whether verbal, written, typed, etc., are all fundamental daily function of life. Unless you are not a human, and are some kind of animal. But then again, even animals use communication!

5. While math is common sense, people pay the most amount of money to those that can do it for them. If this does not say anything and instantly ring a bell at how mentally screwed up you are in the head, then how does a fresh, hot plate of common sense sound, at the fact that monkeys can do math. With all of the formulas and equations in math, you would have to have a very confused mind that cannot make the best of decisions, especially if you are one of the Brian geeks that ■■■■■ numbers for a living. You are an idiot. And dealing with numbers and mathematics is damn ridiculous and tidy, it’s no wonder why NO ONE wants to do it! Why NO ONE likes math! You are a stupid idiot my friend. It’s paid the most because it is the least desired. Nobody wants to deal with numbers. A computer and a calculator can deal with numbers and do the math now. Get your head out of your algebraic ass & try to count to your senses here.

You are a freaking idiotic waste of human race imbecile moron. Count those words Chaco.

If you can’t do hard mathematics or sciences, there are no high paying jobs for you…

Liberal arts degrees = A life perpetually stuck at under $50,000 for most people.

Hi Sergio,

I understand responding to a pseudo-intellectual internet ■■■■■ on the internet is a fruitless, futile pursuit, but I’ll voice my opinion anyways because this is 'murica.
One who isn’t good at math (excels in humanities, thinks creatively/philosophically) isn’t stupid. Conversely, one who isn’t strong in the humanities (excels in mathematics, thinks analytically) isn’t stupid. People can excel in a range of intellectual pursuits, and neither mathematics nor grammatical prowess alone are defining metrics for the intelligence quotient of a person. Please avoid future parochial tirades.
Thanks,

Simply because someone is not good at math doesn’t mean that they cannot reach a higher level of thinking. In fact, that statement alone is ignorant. The people who run this country were never great at math. Most all were liberal arts based. Most of them have J.D. degree’s or P.h.d degrees in Political Science and are given the task to read legislation and determine whether or not it is beneficial for the entire United States. They have to think logically what are the causes and effects of certain documents pertaining to their governing state and overall the U.S. (Assuming you live in the United States of course.) Yes, all of them look at data from math wizards, who data mine numbers, but they have to interpret those numbers which is quite simple since I have experienced it myself. Matter of fact people who are liberal arts majors are more inclined for a wide range of jobs and have a higher level of thinking than people who are better subjected to math in Intelligence based test based on a study at Harvard and Johns Hopkins University respectively. Arts majors make a person deeply analyze and process tons of information just like numbers and break them down just like math wizards. To say you work for a company and when you interview them and they say I hate math you think they are incapable of higher level thought? Sounds like I wouldn’t want to work for your employer. Lots of our forefathers such as John Hancock, were not math genius’ yet, their signatures are on the constitution! Unfortunately, there are no direct jobs for liberal arts majors highly due to the fact that it is not a concentration degree. It is to get a broad education. From there you have to specialize into a sub degree. For instance, if you get a degree in history you will have to choose a concentration of history you want to study. Whether it be medieval times, modern times, or even European History. The only liberal arts degrees leading to a job are journalism degrees or broadcast degrees because you have to have internships to graduate for experience. Although, they don’t make much money and depending what you write now a days can get you killed with threats to America, it can be a rewarding career if you enjoy it. You don’t have to be a lawyer to make money as a liberal arts major. If you plan on furthering your education you can look into sociology, social work, history, political science, anthropology and so forth.
