High SAT or high SAT II

Hi,
I am an international student and I wanted to know if it's better to have a high sat or high sat II
I scored 2270 on the sat (700 wr)
And on the sat II, I have 790 MI, 780 MII and 690 Ph.
I will be applying to several top schools and I wanted to know which one should I retake, physics or the sat (just to increase writing)?
Thanks

How much did you score on the Math section of the SAT 1 ? If 800 or close then i would retake the Physics and add Chemistry. Because most Schools don’t accept both Math 1 and Math 2. They Only accept one of them (i would send math 2 tough). So in the end you will only be sending Physics and Math 1 or 2. So you can add chemistry to have three and try it out.

As i said, since you’re international, if you’re going for science studies, it’s worthless to re take SAT 1 if your math score is already very high (750+), which it probably is considering your total. Writing is not even considered by some schools.

Thanks. I got 770 on math

I would retake physics and/or opt for a different subject test. As mentioned upthread, most colleges will not both Math 1 and Math 2. Writing is generally the least scrutinized of the SAT Reasoning components, and the 2270 overall is more the acceptable.
