High School Chemistry

Hi CC, I'm currently going to self-study/attend local University for chemistry Honors also for deeper preparation for AP Chemistry, so I have a couple of questions:

1) Is it General Chemistry I or Introduction to Chemistry?
2) Is it possible to self-study it in a month with around 7-8 hours a week over the summer?
3) Should I over study with an AP Chemistry Princeton Review or that's unnecessary?
4) Where can I get the opportunity to do some labs or good website resources for me to take a look at?
5) Any additional tips would be great!

All I know is that at my school, AP Chem is equivalent to General Chemistry I, not Intro. AP Chemistry is overrated in terms of difficulty. I think taking honors chemistry at a local college/CC to prepare for AP Chemistry is silly. I heard of people taking it online or self-studying it so they can have more space to take other classes in high school, but you CERTAINLY do not need to do it in COLLEGE, for God’s sake. Honors chemistry is sufficient. I took it last year, and preserving my A in AP chemistry has been a piece of cake so far. It’s not like I’m a genius or something or the teacher gives easy tests. It’s just a normal class; if you study and work to understand the material, you’ll do well.
