High School Class of 2013

^That’s pretty much the whole country mainly…

But I’m still glad I don’t live farther up north where its mainly 17

^ Nope, 16 here in CT

Yeah you can drive at 16 in NY.

Well lets all just shoot me down then, lol

It’s 16 to get a permit in CT. Did you mean you can’t get your official license right away in CT? It takes a minimum of 4 months w/ drivers ed and 6 months w/o. Also, at least where I live there are a ton of restrictions. They’re not widely followed, just they make me nervous when I’m not following them. Also, my parents are extremely annoying about the rules ie. can’t drive passengers and curfew is 11.

^ Yea, I have to follow all those rules too. I’m 16 and I have a license (not permit) with restrictions (curfew, no passengers, whatever). No one follows the passengers rule though, I’ve driven with others in my car plenty of times.

My parents ACTUALLY CARE about those rules. Ugh.

One time I was in this town where my friend lives, like two hours away, and I was driving her and my mother saw us. Two hours away. In a different city. What are the chances? She was there for some work thing like I don’t even know.

Oh my parents care, but I’ve been fortunate enough to not have any instances like that happen.

15 for permit (must have it for a year unless older than 18), 16 to drive in FL

I took my last AP test today. :D

AP English Lang or AP Stats? :D

I took AP English Language today! It was my final AP! ^o^

I took AP Lang AND AP Stats today. Didn’t study for either, and I’m very confident that I bombed both.

Ahh well c’est la vie

AP English Language and Composition.

I was DRAINED.
my schedule:
-3 hour ap test
-band audition
-learning trigonometric identities
-400 repeats at track

meh.

AP Stat was horrible, I had a five minute break after Lang and I was at a point of being so exhausted that I didn’t even care anymore. I’m never taking 5 APs again.

Sounds awful. :x We had a handful of people who finished the ap lang and headed to ap stats as well.

Stat wasn’t even hard, but I spent long periods of time just gazing into the distance wondering why college matters at all. Junior year burnout is fabulous.

Gotta love that burnout…I stopped doing homework in February.

Leah, I totally understand. Everyone here says that only people with short attention spans can’t do 2 AP exams in one day, and you get a decent minute break. Everytime someone posts about taking 2 AP classes whose tests are on the same day, I warn them. And then someone comes along and says how easy it is to do 2 in 1 day -__-

Had I known, I never would’ve taken those two. I would’ve done 1 this year and 1 next year. Granted, to most people here, the tests I took are “easy.” :|

Well I took two in one day but I didn’t feel tired afterwards. Maybe since it was my day of exams and I had an excess of adrenaline.
