High School Class of 2013

@ Frederico what a coincidence :O

It might rain tomorrow :(.

I got my schedule! My GC called yesterday and told me that I can’t take more than 2 DE classes because of the number of credit hours. So here’s how it looks now:

My Classes
Per 01 - EARLY ADMIT FT (Dual Enrollment Health)
Per 02 - SENIOR FREE PERIOD
Per 03 - ADV PL ENG LIT COMPO Per 04- ADV PL GOVT AND ECON HON (each is a semester long)
Per 05 - ANAT PHYSIO HON (Anatomy and Physiology)
Per 06 - EARLY ADMIT FT (Dual Enrollment Sociology)
Per 07 - CALCULUS HON

Why do you all have such interesting schedules… My schedule sucks.

At least you have your schedule.

^ Agreed. I don’t get my schedule until early next week. Then again, I know some schools around here don’t give students their schedules until the FIRST DAY…

We don’t usually get ours until the first day. They don’t really advertise the fact that they’re on the school’s website. We all just kind of found them on our own. The funny thing is, they’re very against us knowing our schedules beforehand but they post them. I think it’s the GCs who try to get around it.

I don’t get my schedule til next week either, but it should be fine since seniors get first pick. I’m actually pretty happy with my classes  except I’m in AB instead of BC. I’ll try to change that once school starts :/

I get my schedule the day before school… September 5.

However I’m still fighting to get out of an economics class. Basically in 10th grade my school said if we take this college economics class we would fulfill the senior econ requirement… but now they’re saying it wasn’t enough credit hours and we’re all retaking it.

So I’ve spoken to the principal, superintendant, and the NYC department of education. I submitted a complaint to the district family advocate… sooooooo…

^^ get mine the 6th. For some odd reason the school make schedules the day before school starts for me.

I got my schedule about 4 days before school started.

I knew mine in April.

I’ve never posted in this thread before…

I guess lucky for all you guys… I just hope the school does not put me in a horrible class because a computer sets classes :/

I get mine like a week before. In paper…

Anyway. SUPER excited I’m just got tickets w/ my best friend to go to a concert :)

I want to get tickets for the US Open but they is expensive.

We don’t get our schedules until later, but because my AP Calc teacher makes them by hand (we go to a small school) he taught us how to do it after our AP. I know exactly what “period” I have everything, but my school mixes the order up for the different days, so I don’t know when I have things exactly, if that makes ANY sense… I’ll get it officially on the 29th.

US open sounds interesting. I’m going to see prince royce- if any of you know him lol

Ugh, I’ve gone to the US Open every year for the past 4 years, but this year my school starts the same day as the Open. I’m going away labor day weekend so I won’t be able to go to the Open at all. I am not happy.

But I went to Wimbledon (Olympics) a few weeks ago so I guess I can miss this… even though it’s right here.

I am, however, sending in a ballot to get tickets for the real Wimbledon next year. None of this first come first serve thing.

I missed Wimbledon and going to be on Vacation do going to miss US Open. I did see Olympic Tennis that was interesting. Does anyone play tennis here?

I do :D
