High School Class of 2015

I played Melophone. With us, marching is a very special technique, and if you can’t march you’re sent into a non-Marching spot. I was the third 8th grader to march, but I wasn’t very good at it (we didn’t have enough people).

I see. I’ve never been in a MB before, don’t know what to expect. Thank you guys, even though I can predict I probably will be dying after the first day. I hope I’ll still like it.

I’m happy I play in orchestra b/c it means no marching band!

We have our “signature” marking time. @nomatterwhat I was died after the 2nd day. :P

What year class would I be if I’m a rising sophomore?

you’d be 2014

Sorry for this guys but, BUMP! It’s National Sister Week.

^I don’t have sisters, so it doesn’t apply to me lol.

I have 3 sisters and I didn’t know that there was a National Sister Week

I saw it on FB. :D

Oh gosh- I’ve been MIA on here bc i was at camp for two weeks, but reading HSL and CC in general after a couple of weeks away has just ****ed me off. I sometimes forget how pretentious people are on this site, you know? Like people just make a thread about GPA just to show off their perfect grades or an SAT topic to point out a 2400.
Am i only one who has come to a kind of revelation and realized that this site feeds into the typical high school overachievers need to be better than everyone else and get into an Ivy League?

I don’t really care at all… if you need to brag about your grades to complete strangers, you need therapy. As John Stewart would say, GO F**K Yourselves!

Those are called… ******bag ■■■■■■. :P

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!!! :D

Just thought I’d put that out there.

Well happy B-day Prepster.
Yay, I have to wake up at five for baseball!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I’m playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time on N64. :D

Hey guys!
I just found this site and now I’m kinda obsessed… I’m a little bit late getting into the conversation but whatever.

Here’s my schedule.

ECs:
I’ve been dancing since I was 3, competitively since I was 6.
I don’t really have any time for any other sports.
I volunteer at a stable that helps special needs kids’ development.
I’m not sure which clubs I’ll join yet.

I participated in Duke TIP last year, and NYSP in 5th grade.

Okay, now all of that is over with. :p

Algebra 1 Honors
English 1 Honors
Health
Marching Band

Biology 1 Honors
Geometry 1 Honors
AP Human Geography
Concert Band
Yep. That’s my schedule. EC’s includes music for now and some clubs in HS. I will start volunteering and get a job in 10th grade when I can drive. I also would like going to Governors School and getting a internship my Junior year.I Maybe, I can do the Questbridge College Prep summer program thing. My future major will be Nursing. People say ALL the time that I’m “too smart for that!!!”. rolls eyes

@sshsdancer, you have to take AlI and II at the same time? That’s strange.

@hopefor, I don’t think you can be “too smart” for anything. There are different ways to do almost everything - smart people’s way, and mediocre people’s way.
