I get out June 6th.

@PrepQWill ghetto public schools ftw

My ghetto public would be out in may, but we used too many emergency days when our water main broke lol

-------------------------------------------If it is to be, it is up to me…

We were suppose to get out around June 14th, but snow days kept going and pushed us back about seven days.

My school is sorta ghetto, lots of gangs, ditchers, and smokers, but it’s in the middle of really rich neighborhoods.

My school has at least 70% of the kids using some sort of illegal substance.

^I thought that was every school.

Honestly I don’t really judge on people smoking weed or drinking alcohol. Lots of college kids at top Ivy schools do it. As long as they don’t mess up in school.

No, most of them talk about smoking weed or drinking alcohol 99% of the time. The stuff is illegal, if you get caught good luck. That’s my opinion on it.

I don’t do weed, but the people that do, usually think they are total thugs and whatnot and it ****es me off. I really don’t care if it is legal. If it is legalized, it can be controlled and turned into a profitable market like tobacco. It would definitely help the economy. People are going to get drugs one way or another. If it is from the government, then they can keep it as clean as possible and not have any “extremely harmful” substances in it and they can also tax it out the wazoo. You also save money for not having to deal with as many drug dealers. I wouldn’t smoke it, but the idiots who do could do something worthwhile and help the economy by smoking it. Just my 2 cents

I honestly think it shouldn’t be legal, but you shouldn’t ruin your chance at life for getting caught. It’s sad to see good people who use drugs going to jail with murderers and rapists.

Meh. I mean people know the law when they break it, so they have no excuse from jail. But yes, they should not be considered the same as murderers or rapists

Most cops I know think that it should be legal. Just some food for thought.

It would make their jobs much easier haha

Also the illegality hurts addiction. It hurts people who are really addicted from getting help. Places that give you a safe clean facility to do drugs instead of on the street. A place where clean needles are given and overdoses can be treated immediately.

Are we still talking about weed?

I’m guessing just drugs in general. All i know is that I will try to stay away from drugs as much as possible because I like being myself, not myself hyped up on drugs :)

So, away from drugs, who’s taking an AP Science next year?

So basically you’re saying that as long as it helps the economy, it is okay to worsen the health of people who choose to do weed and otherwise would not have because it was illegal?

Of course drugs being illegal have stopped people from doing them. Even outside from the economy drug legalization won’t hurt. At least not a huge punishment for them.
